Instant Support

Our customers receive the benefit of instant support via ECP's remote access to their computer through the internet. To download the remote access client, please click here: InstantSupport.exe

Drop Off Service

Drop off service is only $75.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour. This includes a diagnostic and thorough cleaning. We also offer rush service for $100.00 per hour. (Same day Service Guaranteed)

On-Site Service

On-site service is only $125.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour. If you are located further than 15 miles from our Overland location, you will be billed for travel time.

Convenient remote service is available in 15 minute increments billed at $100 per hour.
